SUNDAY: Check in is located in the main atrium of our church. Our team will meet you there after offering to check in your Pre-K/Kindergartener for Bible Adventure.
WEDNESDAY: Check in is located in the breezeway between kid's church and the main sanctuary. You will find our team ready to greet you 30 minutes before services and checkout lasts for 30 minutes following service end.
what is your security policy?
Our Kids area is a completely secured space. Upon checking in your child, you will receive a parent/guardian tag that permits you to enter the kids area. This tag includes a unique code, randomly assigned to you at check in for that particular day. Only the parent/guardian who drops your child off AND has this pickup tag, is permitted to pick up the child. IF the parent or guardian chooses to hand this pickup tag to someone else, they will be permitted to pick up the child, so long as the secure code on the child’s name tag and parent/guardian pickup tag match.
how will you get ahold of me if my child needs me?
You will receive a text message to the number you provide at check in. If you do not respond to the text within 5 minutes, the code on your parent tag will appear on the screen.
What do i need to leave with my child?
If your child is still in diapers, we recommend bringing a diaper bag and bottle/cup. You’re welcome to leave anything your child might need during this time. Elementary kids are encouraged to bring a Bible. We provide a nut-free, allergy sensitive snack in each class.
what is your sick-child policy?
Please don’t check in kids if:
-They are experiencing any Covid-19 symptoms
-They have had a fever above 99° (without medicine) within the last 24 hours
-They have had diarrhea within the last 24 hours
-They have vomited within the last 24 hours

-They have any open and/or seeping sores or wounds
-They have any unexplained and/or contagious rash (chicken pox, boils, ringworm, Hand Foot Mouth, impetigo)

What if my child has allergies?

What if my child is interested in baptism?
Once your child accepts Christ as their Lord and asks Him to live in their heart, our next step is to go through our book, "BAPTISM for parents and kids." This book helps explain what baptism is and why it is important. We want to make sure your child is ready! Once they complete the workbook, Mrs. Ashley will set up a time to talk with you and your child and schedule their baptism date!
Am I able to attend with my child if they are nervous?
Because our Kids area is a secure area, only our background checked team members are permitted in the classrooms. We have an experienced team and many leaders who are capable of making sure each child is well cared for. If your child needs your attention, we will contact you via text message or display your child's tag number on the screen during service times.
Do you offer anything for special needs?
We are currently working alongside Campbellsville University's School of Social Work to implement a Special Needs ministry. We have designated spaces at this time available for you and your child to participate in a safe and sensory-friendly area. Any greeter team or children's team member can assist you in locating these areas within the church.
